1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Melody Sessions, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all such terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
2. User Conduct and Responsibilities
a. Users are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism.
b. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of access.

d. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities under their account.

3. Melody Gold Subscription, Cancellations, and Refunds
a. Teachers may subscribe to the Melody Gold tier, subject to additional terms and conditions. Melody Gold subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Melody Gold teachers benefit from featured listings and other privileges, which will be available as long as the subscription is active. Any abuse of these privileges may lead to termination of the Melody Gold status. Melody Sessions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Melody Gold subscription benefits at any time, with or without notice. Teachers will be notified of significant changes and have the right to cancel their subscription if they disagree with the modifications.
c. Students are eligible for refunds if they cancel a minimum of 24 hours before of their scheduled lesson. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within a time frame defined by Melody Sessions. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson may not be eligible for a refund, at the discretion of Melody Sessions and the individual teacher’s policies.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
a. The Melody Sessions name, logo, branding, and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws.
b. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of Melody Sessions’ intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
c. Users grant Melody Sessions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content they post on the platform for promotional or other purposes.
d. Melody Sessions reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
5. Dispute Resolution
a. In the event of a dispute, Melody Sessions will evaluate each situation individually and make determinations in its sole discretion.
b. We may offer a partial or full refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
c. Users agree to cooperate fully with Melody Sessions in resolving disputes and to abide by Melody Sessions’ decisions.

a. Teachers on Melody Sessions are paid for lessons they have taught on a weekly basis.
b. Payments are processed every Friday and reflect the total earnings for lessons taught during the preceding week.
c. Earnings will be subject to our platform and processing fees, as detailed in pages within our Teacher Help Center.
d. Melody Sessions reserves the right to withhold or delay payments in the event of a dispute, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances as determined by Melody Sessions in its sole discretion.
e. Teachers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with all tax obligations related to their earnings.
f. Melody Sessions may modify the payment terms, including the payout schedule and fee structure, at any time, with notice to affected teachers.
