Engaging bass lessons tailored for your needs

Hi!

My name’s Eric, I’m a bass player with over 7 years of experience, playing live and recording in studios, and the past 3 years I’ve spent actively teaching students both online around the world and in person. I’ve just finished an internship at a private music school in Europe and currently I’m a student at a college of music studying jazz bass guitar and composition. Besides educational experience I also play live gigs with Eric Woods Trio where I play bass, keys, guitar and synthesizers.

An addition that differentiates my lessons from other teachers is that each of my students gets a fully personalized practice routine. Planning those routines I always take into consideration things like the amount of time the student can spend on practice, what are the students goals or what topics are we currently working on, etc. That way I make sure that the students make regular progress at a good rate.

I also share my private library of music theory/technique resources with my students. Most of the materials are fully made by me and the rest are popular and widely appreciated books.

Because of all the artistic experience I have musical expression is very important to me so I approach every student with an individual perspective to help you find your own style in music, that’s why on my lessons you’ll not only learn to be a good bass player but also to be a great musician.
